Not far from the hustle and bustle of Salt Lake Cities downtown district sits a quaint little neighborhood, Emerson Heights or better known as 15th and 15th.
Walk the tree lined streets and enjoy the charming exterior and decor of the brick bungalow homes. 15th and 15th is home to trendy businesses, several boutiques, and coffee shops.
Once considered Salt Lake City's first middle class neighborhood, 15th and 15th is still full of the brick bungalow homes built in the 40's and 50's. Small to mid-sized homes were quickly being gobbled up in the 90's to be replaced by mini mansions, that is until the local residents in conjunction with the Salt Lake City Council began drafting ordinances to protect the integrity and ambiance of this precious Salt Lake City neighborhood gem.
Located within walking distance of Sugar House Park (a Salt Lake County facility) with walking trails, bike paths and a fresh water lake that acts as drainage for the summer months. The Southern slope of the park acts as a favorite sledding hill when snow allows.
